They will raise fees every year and the service just gets worse and worse. They will make excuses about lack of staff but keep taking money from the HOA. Or tell you it's not their job to manage the property. Don't let the fancy office on Main St. fool you, this company is bare bones when it comes to service. The absolute worst property management company in summit county. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. And if your HOA is using them, get on the board and find another company. No accountability, no follow-up. Just the worst. And Abbey who seems to be the boss, could be less pleasant to deal with. My family had Wood Winds as their HOA for many years. The lack of communication and customer service were awful. We even listed our condo one winter for short term rental with their services and barely had any rentals. We thankfully switched property management companies and we are fully booked. What a waste of time there. Unfortunately, we had to no choice up until recently to have Wood Winds for our HOA for outside of the building. Thank goodness they moved our HOA to another company.
