They can't even give you a tour. I had an appointment for tour this place and no one in office when I showed up and no calls were answered. When I checked back the next day and I was again scheduled for the other day but there's no response when I texted the day of appointment. But I drove over the place, it looks so peaceful environment around apts.
May 2026 Update 2: Workers decided to rip out baseboards in our hallways the other day and didn't clean up afterwards. We had to call (and leave a message since rarely does anybody answer), later that day the regular cleaning people picked up most of it. However, please see the photos, they left nails sticking out of the walls. I myself am diabetic and if I was to snag my foot I could get a serious infection or worse lose my foot. This place is quiet and very nice. Apartments are kept up and modern. The office manager has been a wonderful help, and is always polite and quick to respond back. She has gone above and beyond. They have a beautiful pool area. The complex is located next to a town ball park with a wonderful play ground with in a short walk. The landscaping is beautiful and they are constantly updating the buildings and apartments. The maintenance is quick to respond and the grounds are well kept.
