I am updating my review to 2 stars to reflect both the helpfulness of the staff and the ongoing challenges of living here. The Good: Yvette in the office is wonderful and truly seems to care, and the maintenance gentlemen are always friendly and kind. They recently replaced our stove, which we appreciated. 1 star is too much. They do not care unless you stop paying rent. We have lived here for 4 or 5 years and it’s been horrible. If we could afford to leave we would. We currently cannot use our oven because mice got into the fiberglass insulation inside. When we turn it on the urine and feces in said insulation burns. Maintenance did use some electrical tape on the chewed exposed wires though. To be fair I know mice happen, especially in the winter. I don't live there my son does. I was there the other day and I noticed that there's like no snow removal from the parking lots and parking spots suck to try and park in. They do actually have EV parking stations which is more progressive than some of the places I been to. I recently moved to a new place in October and this place doesn't have them. And this apartment building that I live in was built in 2013. I would say the apartments are okay but a bit dated. I would say they need an upgrading or updating especially for wh... read more

The place started out nice, but the maintenance people are horrible. I had to pay $50 extra a month just for maintenance to do nothing in my apartment. They care more about the hedges and leaf removal than the residents living space. I had a leak in my ceiling for over a year. It started out small as a drip, but then grew. I reported it over and over and maintenance did nothing. I'm so glad to be out of that place!! Not worth the money. They let big dogs come in and I was attacked by one in the hallway. Not a safe space!!
