May 2026 Update 2: Workers decided to rip out baseboards in our hallways the other day and didn't clean up afterwards. We had to call (and leave a message since rarely does anybody answer), later that day the regular cleaning people picked up most of it. However, please see the photos, they left nails sticking out of the walls. I myself am diabetic and if I was to snag my foot I could get a serious infection or worse lose my foot. This place is awful with noise. The down stairs apartments are so incredibly loud due to the 2nd story failing floor. Nothing but squeaks, and cracking from the ceiling. The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I strongly suggest against renting a 1 bedroom downstairs apartment. They only do bare minimum maintenance to keep their tenants happy. I am updating my review to 2 stars to reflect both the helpfulness of the staff and the ongoing challenges of living here. The Good: Yvette in the office is wonderful and truly seems to care, and the maintenance gentlemen are always friendly and kind. They recently replaced our stove, which we appreciated. The Reality: Despite being a non-smoking building, we deal with constant cigarette and marijuana smoke coming through the walls from other units. 1 star is too much. They do not care unless you stop paying rent. We have lived here for 4 or 5 years and it’s been horrible. If we could afford to leave we would. We currently cannot use our oven because mice got into the fiberglass insulation inside. When we turn it on the urine and feces in said insulation burns. Maintenance did use some electrical tape on the chewed exposed wires though. To be fair I know mice happen, especially in the winter. I don't live there my son does. I was there the other day and I noticed that there's like no snow removal from the parking lots and parking spots suck to try and park in. They do actually have EV parking stations which is more progressive than some of the places I been to. I recently moved to a new place in October and this place doesn't have them.
