My primary issue is poor maintenance and upkeep, including inconsistent water temperature (often no hot water or scalding water— 160F), inadequate heating in winter requiring space heaters. If we could afford to move, we would, even with the nearly $400 rent increase over the past two years. This was my friend apartment. For the love of God and your family's safety, do not live here. If you live here and see this is hope you take appropriate measures. And check new york renters rights to make sure your not being screwed over also
Terrible Units and very run down buildings, I have 30+ photos of mold in the walls growing out of this place absolutely disgusting
