My primary issue is poor maintenance and upkeep, including inconsistent water temperature (often no hot water or scalding water— 160F), inadequate heating in winter requiring space heaters. If we could afford to move, we would, even with the nearly $400 rent increase over the past two years. One star simply because we are blessed to have a roof over our heads.

My original review was lengthy and perhaps overly critical. To be direct, living here has negatively impacted both my wife's and my health, both mentally and physically. The primary issues are poor maintenance, including inconsistent water temperature (often no hot water or scalding water), inadequate heating in winter requiring space heaters, and persistent noise and marijuana smoke from a specific neighbor over the years. Honestly, living here is a source of constant depression and anxiety. We're essentially confined to our bedroom after 4:30 PM because of our neighbor's unbearably loud TV. The constant marijuana odor from the same neighbor, despite running two air purifiers, is inescapable. For years, we've voiced our concerns about these problems, but nothing changes.
