My experience buying my very first GMC was great thanks to Bal Gill and Daniel! They were patient and informative while I went through the process of test driving and selecting the truck for me. They also went over and above on ensuring additional services (booking appointments for winter tires, rock gard etc. ) were taken care of, in addition to ensuring transportation was available for me while my truck was in the shop. Thank you so much guys! Great job.
Brought my duramax in for an over charging system. They change otvthe alternator without diagnosis. Alternator was fine but changed it anyway. Got a second appointment and when I got there they said that an alternator running at 15.4 volts was normal. This would be true if it had a large power drain which it did not. On the second appointment they just turned me away saying it was fine. No diagnosis done. Brought it home and found the power leads to the fuse box were corroded and cleaned it up. Great experience with Prince George Wood Wheaton.
I have worst experience with parts and service department. I have problem with my tires and provide all the documentation and details to them as they are under warranty but they always said we doesn't get any response from Michelins we are waiting for response. I wait for more than 1 month they doesn't call me. When i visit them again then they make excuses that may you store tyre outside and so many silly excuses.
