We just bought a new vehicle from Wood Wheaton and Bal Gill was our finance contact. Bal is amazing! We can't say enough positive things about him. He was open and honest, and he put my husband and I at ease. He made the whole process seem easy. Even after all was said and done, he didn't abandon us and continues to answer our questions. Bal is one in a million!
Great staff all around. Service and Sales department were excellent.
Can't even sell you wiper blades without the parts department being open and the parts department doesn't work hours that allow someone working a 9-5 with a commute to come in. Absolutely rediculous that I'd have to take a day off work to get wiper blades. Cause yeah wiper blades isn't much, but what if it was something a little more critical? Just SOL?
Very accommodating, friendly staff. Took a little linger for the work than I expected but my vehicle was done by the end of the day !!
