Fun and very informative on the process of woodworking. The shop owners are friendly and encouraging. Hands on working with the tools was a great introduction to things like a table router and miter saw.
Could not have asked for a better experience at this (personally my first) woodworking workshop, making a wedge side table. Chris, the owner and instructor, did a fantastic job walking the group through the process and the (partially intimidating) tools we would be using. The workshop is spacious and easily accommodated the group (I believe we were about a dozen people) without it ever feeling crammed or having to wait for a tool to use. Attended a workshop for a work event, staff was very friendly, supportive and informative, and everyone had a great making a nice piece!
We did a team building event here where we had the choice of making a cutting board or magnetic knife rack. Chris was great! Our whole team was pretty late and he was very gracious with making things work. Everyone was really happy with the end product.
