Great instructor and very easy to plug into the workshop. Plus some of the classes, you get to take an awesome piece home!
My wife signed me up for this class as a birthday gift and I ended up really enjoying it! I'm familiar with typical tools, but am not experienced with wood working, so this class was really enjoyable. The class was taught well and the facility was really nice. You don't need a lot of experience to have a good time. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to get introduced to basic wood working.
I took the cutting board course as a present and had an excellent time! Chris is a great personality and talented teacher. The class is pretty rudimentary and is perfect if you have not done any sort of woodworking. It was fun to work with my hands and socialize.
Our workshop was awesome! Chris is an amazing teacher, everything was easy to follow along, and we made some beautiful picture frames. Highly recommend
I’m of an age where wood shop was a class in high school. As a teen we had access to actual large pieces of dangerous machinery to cut, shape, bind and frame wood projects. We built sets for plays and then deconstructed them. If you didn’t and are jealous then call Chris and his crew at the Wood Thumb.
