How is it with the explosion of local craft brewers in your immediate back yard that not a single one is on tap? And to boot - some of the stuff you have on tap is not even close to being in the same league as what the local guys are making. Disappointing.
I was so incredibly disappointed in the service this evening. Customer service is so crucial in food service. The food was great. Service was shameful. Do better.

My daughter went to school in Hartford. We would often stop ant Wood-n-Tap for happy hour or dinner. Nice place in a convenient spot.
Horrible and cheap with portion sizes of soups. I ordered a lobster bisque and the bowl was partially empty. For $9 the portion of bisque barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I called to complain and the manager said this was a pre-portioned amount. This is their “normal 8oz size” and offered no other solution or credit. Very disappointed and will never return to the Hartford location!!
