Very poor communication with this business. Never talked to anyone live yet. Ordered Sept 22nd and still have not received my wood splitter. They never told me it was back ordered for two weeks. Then I would get a confirmation on the 8th. I never did and here it is the 12th and still no confirmation. I would not recommend buying from this company ever. I hope my splitter eventually comes and its not damaged as others have experienced.
I'm not sure where to begin other than to state this has to be the worst shopping experience of my life. Order arrived late. And it was damaged with missing parts. Emailed and called Wood Splitter Direct. Problem was handled directly by the owner. Owner deflected and passed the buck to the manufacturer. He had me waste my time dealing with the manufacturer.
