While I am sure the product is just fine, the customer service needs some major improvement. Not a greeting. No eye contact. No smiling. Nothing. Every person walked right past us not acknowledging our existence even though my husband spent f o r e v e r looking at wood. And the whole place is very dark and dirty and grungy. A far cry from Austin Hardware!! Go there!
