Front desk is terrible and getting a hold of this place is impossible. Whoever manages the front reception area, phones and call backs is doing an awful job. I message on portal bc u never answer phone....the response I get is call the office. lol Then why have the portal???? HOWEVER, Alexa Allard NP is a beyond wonderful provider. She is so smart, thorough and attentive. Great bedside manner, She really cares. Very happy I found her.
