Recommendedthe management is awesome. they do their best to keep up with any and every issue that u have. the apartments themselves are very nice and spacious and it's also affordable.
RecommendedThe staff has been pretty attentive to my needs and have made moving in pretty smooth. I’ve been here for 10 months so far and I’m still pretty happy with my cozy apartment. The pool is nice and refreshing and they just remodeled the patio which gives off a vacation-like vibe. Not to mention how affordable the units are. The only thing I have an issue with is the parking lot but I’m sure they’ll have it fixed soon. Other than that, this is a good first apartment and I’m more than likely going to renew my lease with them.
Their management is horrible with communication, their maintenance people are almost non-existent, I have submitted numerous work order requests some to which to my knowledge have not been received or been applied to the work order list,not to mention that I have had to constantly call to request that my things be taken care of in a timely manner. Once our lease is up we will be out of here.
In the two weeks since moving, I have had a toilet that hasn't flushed since move-in (among other broken things- requests were submitted), my AC has gone out TWICE and my car has been towed TWICE now for reasons out of my control or lack of communication from the office. Very disappointed and I hope they get it all under control!
Great place to live! Affordable and nestled in country like living. Close enough to all necessities, great schools!
