It is a nice place to live, my mother-in-law lives there, they are not maintaining the places, they do not replace the appliances, the owners are making lots of money, the place is located in Andover MASs.
Quaint
Been here since 94 & this will be my last month. This place is THE WORSE place to live in North Andover there is no question about it. This place makes you feel like you’re in prison & the most of the workers here barely know the housing laws. I had to hop through hoops just to leave this awfully run place. Good riddance ✌️ this place is a trap, I rather be homeless than live here again. 0 stars for this POS it’s unbelievable that I have to put one.
