For a large chain, wood ranch is pretty consistent. On this particular visit my beef ribs were a little overdone, the exterior of the rib meat was very jerky and dried out. Other than that, everything else was good. Good service, lots of bread, we were a big party with little ones also, our waitress did a very good job.
The food was great! From the wide selection, the speed of service, and the depth of flavor (the baby back ribs were particularly delicious). The real breath of fresh air was our server Paloma. Paloma was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, and professional. She suggested combining the ranch dressing with the barbeque sauce (which I thought would be odd), but after tasting and loving it, I suggest Wood Ranch name it “Sauce Paloma”.
