Horrible. Parvin seemed kind and used the products I used so I had her do my treatment and color. She gave me hot roots and wouldn't fix it and charged me more than we agreed to. She told me next time that it would be double.

Took a chance on this place since I was looking for a new place. Worst haircut I every received. The shop was a disaster and that should have been a red flag. Will never go back.

I have been going to Parvin for my hair over a year now. I was very happy especially with my cut until yesterday. She was in such a hurry talking to her friend instead of doing my cut. She cut off way more then I asked for as well. My color was ok but she didn’t correct the color mistake I had. Plus she didn’t wash my hair out thoroughly.
