The people who rent are slumlords. They do not care who they rent to and do nothing after neighbors repeatedly complain of excessive noise, suspicious activity, and incidents with the police.
John Wehrle is a slumlord and a liar! Tried to rush me into sending a deposit on a house where every window in the house was busted and needed repair… promised that the windows would be done in a month…he lies and says he doesn’t own the management company (wood properties) or house that he is renting but does ( its public record). Was ready to move us in in 1 day but then tried to force a 2 year lease on us.. the house looks abandoned… he makes all types of promises that he will not keep once he receives your deposit… DO NO... read more
JOHN WEHRLE is so rude and lazy, he is rushing to rent you a home and doesn’t want to fix anything you complain about, but you are paying rent MONTHLY so that shouldn’t be a issue right? I read a bad review about him, but I didn’t want to go with anyone’s opinion because I was anxious to move and I wanted to see for myself. So I went along and met with him anyway, he didn’t want to fix anything I wanted before my move in date, he called it “complaining.” He is unprofessional and is in a rush just for you to pay your deposit.... read more
I would rate this place a zero!! Absolutely horrible people and upkeep on properties and neglect to take care of rodents and problems. Cost our kids a visit to ER as well. SLUMLORD named John
