This is the worse company ever! They stole money from my family and left my babies freezing! I have complete proof, video proof of the entire week that they never delivered the gas to my home. When I talked to the manager they were so unprofessional, and argued that it is cold outside that i must of used all the gas(100 gallons is impossible to use in less than 30 days)I called and tried to change gas providers and it is not possible. Wood Propane is the best company I have found.No excess fees or charges.Takes credit card payments.Competitive prices.I needed my tank moved to cut two trees down.They moved the tank and put it back when I was done and said no charge.Very nice to me over the phone.

worst people to deal with! Barb the receptionist has to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with! Over it...Hometown is on their way to my house to hook up new tanks. If you are looking for better prices, better service and a more reliable propane company avoid Wood and call Hometown in New Paris!
Horrible people!!! Would never in a million years work with these greedy people ever again!!! They are WAY overpriced and rude. We switched to Amerigas because how overpriced you people are. And on top of that, you couldn’t even help my mamaw and put her on some sort of payment plan to make sure she stays warm this winter!! Shame on you guys!!!
