We had our original (45 years old) hardwood floors refinished about 5 years ago. Our contractor suggested we use Basic Coatings Squeaky Concentrate cleaner from Woodpro in Albany. He gave me the contact information. I use it weekly and my floors look like they were still just done. I have gone to Wood Pro Inc. several times to buy a high-end polyurethane product called Fabulon. In this era of big box stores, it's refreshing to go to a local place that specializes in wood floors, is staffed by experts, and carries high-end products that are difficult to find elsewhere. I've always been treated great by the staff and have appreciated their expertise. But there is more.
