I had a miscarriage in January and Saint Bernards referred me here. I liked Jessica, but I didn’t like her nurse. Her nurse was extremely rude, condescending, and unempathetic. Her bedside manner was horrible. I had tried to come in when I got sick and during the miscarriage and the nurse refused to help me schedule.
Woods is extremely racist, she ran me out of her office.. 38 yr old black man on medicaid.. that's the reason she turn me away from her services..
Jessica has been with me for over 10 years and has been so good to me while I was having a mental breakdown, depressed, sucidual and while I was abusing substance. She has always cared about me and getting me better. Now I am off drugs, no longer depressed or sucidal. I was diagnosed with schzo affective disorder got passed that. This is the place to go to be seen by a primary care provider that truly cares and will spend the time to treat you. You don't feel rushed, you have amazing access to quality care, and you feel like a person. As someone who works in healthcare, I can't say how valuable this is.
