Excellent food and service.
Terrible service. Told 30min wait yet there were so many open tables. There was a booth open when we walked in, and 30min later they sat us in it! Terrible. So many tables open, 6 hostesses in the foyer standing around and waiters wandering. Totally inefficient.
Great food and liquid refreshments. Something for everyone. Cozy, too. Great bar.
My daughter went to school in Hartford. We would often stop ant Wood-n-Tap for happy hour or dinner. Nice place in a convenient spot.
Food was fine...service was fair...and it was way too dark in there to see the menu
Not impressed at all. Food was dried right out but I totally enjoyed the Crispin Cider!! Won’t go back anytime soon.
Normally it is good, but I wasn't happy about the service. We were paying separately, and our server acted offended. They weren't friendly at all.
Horrible and cheap with portion sizes of soups. I ordered a lobster bisque and the bowl was partially empty. For $9 the portion of bisque barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I called to complain and the manager said this was a pre-portioned amount. This is their “normal 8oz size” and offered no other solution or credit. Very disappointed and will never return to the Hartford location!!
