First of all, their first review is from their business partner, Tom Pritchard, you can ignore that review. Stuart from Stone n Wood was hopeless at responding to phone calls, accused me of incorrectly claiming stains on my house walls when oiling the new deck was because of his workers. Stuart is a cowboy and would be best avoided, his quote was $5k under what he eventually charged me.

House purchase came with leaking deck which is still supposed to be under warranty. We've tried to book appointment since March, few months have passed and still haven't had anyone to fix. We were promised they would come last week but since weather was bad, they suggested to come this week. As of now, almost the end of the week, but we still haven't heard back. If you see this comment, would appreciate if you can take this as a matter of urgency, since time wasted is unreasonable. Today's date is May 5th.
