This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. So far we’ve been there three times and we plan to return each time we are in Tuscaloosa. I am also a vacation rental host and I feel inspired to do better each time I visit Wood Manor.
I traveled in to Tuscaloosa for my Nurse Practitioner graduation! I actually had to take my final exam after flying in, and the owners at the manor house went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!! They are truly such lovely people and I was so pleased with my experience. The house is absolutely adorable with so much character and the hosts are just so accommodating and amazing!!! We hope to be back!
Everything was absolutely perfect! So beautiful, inside and out. The rooms were clean and charming. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The shower was perfect after being out in the 96 degree heat, not to mention the perfect cool temperature of the place.The kitchen offered coffee and tea with a healthy oatmeal and fresh fruit breakfast. My daughter and I just spent 4 nights at the Wood Manor Guest House, and we had the most wonderful time! We stayed in the Queen Garden room, which is downstairs and has two beds, a separate living room area, and a beautiful bathroom. The shared living and kitchen space in the house are gorgeous. There is a little coffee & tea bar in the kitchen for guests, as well as a small fridge with drinks, and a large fridge with snacks (available for use by guests).
