Steve was recommended for a consultation. I sent him a brief but detailed email of my specific, not-run-of-the-mill situation (as assessed by several other professionals). He didn't bother to read my email, and was arrogant and condescending in our brief conversation. I don't think he listened, just told me he'd been doing taxes 44 years so he basically knew it all. Maybe it is time he retired. I will look elsewhere.
