used this firm for years with no problems but over a year ago several of the original partners retired including Steve Johnson. This year they made a major error in calculating my return which I was notified of by the IRS. After many phone calls and discussions with the IRS, I am due a refund. When I initially contacted WJH I was told I needed to handle the problem.
