Fraud! I paid them over $8000 in April 2022 and here we are in January 2023 and I still have not recieved my stove. Not only did I not recieve my stove. I did not recieve responses to numerous emails they claim they never recieved. Directed calls as well to " Melba" and "Bill" in their shipping department my emails were not answered nor my calls returned. Terrible experience. Product was manufactured and shipped far later than promised timetable, and company was unwilling to provide updates and communicate during that process. Manufacturer and salesman were not on the same page, at all. Materials were subpar, had problems with the unit almost immediately. Local handyman was able to make some improvements on some of the faulty components. Company was unwilling to address complaints, even through BBB. If I could give zero stars, I would.
