Horrible customer service and quite frankly couldnt fix our gas fireplace on three seperate attempts. Literally had them in late Oct for the third time and by January the fireplace would not start AGAIN -- the same exact problem. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me $129 for a fourth service call! After a horrible interaction with a Sandra, i believe was her name, in Quakerstown spoke to Bob and he was supposed to call me back with a solution, that was 6 days ago!
