I have lived in this same apartment since 2016. I have never had any major issues until last Tuesday. It has always been a little hard to get a maintenance request completed, but last Tuesday I called the emergency maintenance number about a leak. The maintenance tech on duty answered and said he was on the property but said he was going to handle an air conditioning unit first. Doesn't handle maintenance requests in a timely manner, always getting the run around when we call. excuses change every few times. renter beware- find another complex. I have been renting since I was 19 years old and have never experienced this level of incompetence.
The current maintenance guy dresses like a thug and I caught stealing using my security camera . Don't rent from this place . It's biggest mistake you will make

Save yourself the headache, this property has unprofessional practices, rude staff, and puts no money into their property. They collect rent ONLY! No resident events, no proper notification for maintenance emergencies, and they charge arbitrary fees without any explanation. I've done my research and found that most of their charges violate Fair housing. Don't rent here, you will regret it!

Horrible place to live I can't stand this apartment complex. Management is horrible and so disorganized. Maintenance doesn't have a clue to what they're doing. Please make copies of all paperwork and leave a paper trail. I can't wait to leave this horor.
