Whatever you do, do not do business with Mike (a manager in sales). Very shady and tried to sell me a truck at a price that was way over what was listed on the site. The sticker on the truck window was nonexistent and they would not tell me what it was listed for. When confronted over the phone, he hung up on me.

These folks provide customer service like it is supposed to be. Someone answered their phone, allowed me to vent about another dealer, reassured me they could get it done in the time they said they could do it. Was proactive and ordered the part ahead of time to reduce my wait. Tiffany and the rest of the team are eager to help and got me on my way ahead of schedule. WOW WHAT AN AWESOME TEAM! THANKS!

I puchased a 2019 F-150 Platinum from the dealership. There were red flags from the beginning,the Sales person lied about a bad Cam Phaser they could repair in a coiuple days. The used Car Sales manager lied and said I don't have a Cam Phase and I do. The Service manager lied for two months stating they were backed up and couldn't get to it. and the shop technician lied and said he couldn't recreate the Cam pHaser event. Jocelyn, I went there for a recall and the young lady there wasn't helpful at all . She said i don't know about that part I thing they don't make a it anymore. She didn't even bother to take my information in case the part comes in . She needs to be more professional to deal with customers. All she said was I don't know what to tell you.

Hi, I'm writing for help with my service order for my 2011 Ford Explorer, which has been at your shop since this past July 2025. I chose your shop again because you did such a great job on a previous repair. This time, the issue was a seatbelt warning light, but it's now November and the car is still not ready. This is the most amazing dealership to work with.  Tom Berry is simply amazing!  I lived in a different state and he made the transaction so smooth! I took my ford escape 2019, for an oil change and the mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back. I drive around two hours on the highway before I got home and heard the rattling of the cap. now my engine is all stained with oil, they put me at risk of a fire, i lost oil, and I want compensation

no gimmicks or stereotypical salesman pitches. they didnt burry me with numbers and paperwork. the buying process was simple, easy and to the point. hunter was great during the whole deal and overall did a great job. also need to mention that i was impressed when hunter called the dealership owner on a saturday afternoon and he picked up the call and talked with us for 10 minutes or so.
