Drove 4 hours. Was actually hassled because I didn’t need “their” financing. 😡The vehicle was overpriced close to $4,000. 🤬It needed new tires (the tires that were on it were bald. One of wheels was cracked all the way to the bead of the tires, 😡ALL of the wheels looked horrible. 😡 So it needed new TIRES AND WHEELS‼️ Needed to replace the Rack & Pinion immediately‼️Have an Alignment‼️ The shifter needed to be replaced😡 (it was broken. I quit using Joplin Ford because they started using an AI answering service. I switched to Carthage Ford because they didn’t, now they do and it’s horrible. If I call your business, I want to talk to a real person, not a AI which can’t answer my questions. When I was actually able to talk to a person, my interaction was good. Also, the hours they’re open on their website are not correct, call before you go.
Excellent customer service!!! Service completed during the time frame we were told!!
Poor customer service and a lot of AI communication. And even though prices are low they offer extremely low trade in to offset that.
