Great customer service! From office to installation crew. Both made sure we were very satisfied with our new flooring! The rooms look and seem so much larger and the office crew did everything they could to help keep us on track with our remodel schedule. The installation crew got in and and it was finished in two days! They were extra careful around our new paint as well as with the trim. They done excellent of cleaning up after theirselves and made sure we were happy before they left.

I was lucky to choose these guys to help me with my floors. I had just bought a house which had wood floors in all of the bouse, but 3 bedrooms which had carpet. From the moment I was greeted in the store, I was treated like an old friend. They not only came out and measured, they helped me choose a perfect match to my existing floors.
