Sells defective products. They will never return your call. I have had a claim and have had a so called investigation done 6 months ago and still have had no response. A lot of waste and defective boards in each case of the Brue Armstong flooring. The tongue is smaller than the grove creating a noisy floor. Go elsewhere if you want quality and service.
