By far my best customer service experience in NYC. I have never had to shop for new hardwood floors before, and after visiting many showroom in Manhattan and Brooklyn, I found Wood Floor Planet on West 47th Street. Eddy, was knowledgeable, kind and patient. And: I got the best rate in town, with a very fast turn-around, and the driver was there the minute he said he would be. You cannot ask for anything better. Very highly recommended. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

my wife and i decided to move back into the city but first we had to join our two condos together and i want to give two thums up to wood floor planet for educating us thru the process of selecting the right wood flooring for us,while we dont have children we do have pets and the right floor was of upmost importance,their ontime service and customer relations was superb!

It's rare that I write a review, but Eddy at Wood Floor Planet was so fantastic that I just have to give him kudos. We had a floor emergency and needed floors within a few days. After visiting numerous flooring stores, I went to Wood Floor Planet. Eddy was super helpful in helping me find several viable options and giving me advice on pros / cons of each choice. Wood Floor Planet are awesome! They care more about educating you on your flooring investment and making sure that you choose the correct floor for your project than to just make a sale, although they also have the best pricing of flooring in town and there is absolutely not a reason to go any where else because of their products and service. I ordered a beautiful brazilian cherry floor from Wood Floor Planet and i have to say that the quality of the floor is everything they said it would be.
