Yesterday June 24 2025 i have my first online visit just to meet the doctor , we just meet each other and I honestly smile all day because I have hope again , my insurance suppose to cover the visit and the first visit suppose to be free because was only to meet her, Dr Taylor. The doctor was very thorough and professional And explain the procedure completely well
Dr Ellen Wood is very knowledgeable on what she does, however I felt my appointments were so quick as she was on a rush and I didn’t get a 5-star service. This is a very sensitive topic and I was expecting a better service and proper explanation of my diagnosis.
