I don’t recommend buying or renting. So I bought a mobile home in December 2022 and put 7 double hung windows $6343 and a new water heater $700 Remodeled everything light fixtures to the flooring and the normal repainting looks nice but we couldn’t get it insured due to the roof looking warped. Most of the trailers I seen were fairly well kept what they got them packed in here like sardines, little to no yard at all and small parking spaces, nowhere for visitors to park. The roads were decent and it seemed pretty quiet.
