I have lived at Wood Creek Apartments in Sault Ste. Marie and have had ongoing concerns regarding tenant safety, lease enforcement, and management responsiveness. I have repeatedly reported issues involving harassment from neighbors, unauthorized occupants, blocked walkways, smoking violations, and other lease-related concerns. If you really don't like living with other people this is probably not the best option.
The new property manager in the Soo tries to bully & intimidate people and is not a good environment to live in! I complained to the real estate agent and she told me she didn't care about me or my complaints. Quality of care is it zero. Just so you know do not move into building B.
Good, clean, income based housing close to town.
