I have family that lives in the Wood Creek Apartments the facilities are rat infested. They have complained to management for almost one year now, but nothing has been done. Just recently they killed over 5 rats in one day, it is a nighmare. California Civil Code §1941.1, stipulates that landlords must eliminate the infestation. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the leasing team at this property. I scheduled three separate appointments to tour the units, and each time I was met with clear disorganization, lack of professionalism, and an obvious unwillingness to assist. Instead of making any effort to show the apartment, it genuinely felt like they were trying to avoid doing their job. The front desk associate was really kind, but my spouse and I just felt we wasted our time. First, I stated my preference online for the floor layout only to be told when we got there that none of the units with those floor plans were available to tour in person. I just wish this was communicated through email. You could view the virtual tour at home and save yourself the gas. The view is beautiful the apartments are beautiful inside Hope to be able to move this way one day I have a family member who moved there and they love it
