I currently have lived here 1 year and my lease is just about to end. If you currently looking to move here, these are some things to note: -The apartment layouts and floor plans themselves aren’t too bad. They’re a good 7/10 - 8/10 - The office staff except for Sara are absolutely horrible. For starters they NEVER pick up the phone like at all. Moved in June 2023 moved out September 8 2023 my rent was $3000. They posted to my Credit report that I owed $19,000. Check your final ledgers before you move out. The staff doesn’t answer or follow up and the Regional Manager Devonte Duffy, is very rude and unprofessional. Update I provided proof I’ve been living 1800 miles away with the dates they were charging me for and the Regional manager Devante Duffy racist and sexist self decided he still would not remove the charges. RUN. GM (Sara) is fine (dramatically understaffed) but all the other office staff are disrespectful. Rats and other large rodents living in walls and garage and maintenance refuses to patch large holes in the garage or provide pet and kid friendly traps. Lack of communication between pest control and maintenance is a huge issue as well as lack of communication from office to residents. The tour was a big disappointment to me, because of the following reasons. 1. Julie didn't make us feel welcome, nor introduced herself. We saw her name on her business cards. 2. She made us feel as if we were an inconvinience, we tried making a conversation and she just shrugged. She didn't want us there, she was very unwelcoming. 3. When I mentioned I won't have income due to me not having a job till we moved, and that my husband's income was more than enough she was chuckling to herself and giving me looks.
