Please read this before moving in this these apartment. I’ve lived in these apartments twice now. Never missed a payment. Yet we move out and they want to charge us a grand for a small tear in the carpet. They lose things like the pre move in check list so they can’t be held accountable. They did not fix any of of the 23 work orders we put in but said they were fixed. They will scam you. There are apartments that are $100-$200 more that are light years ahead of them. This was one of the worst apartment tours I’ve ever been on. The pictures online are extremely misleading. I showed up expecting to see the apartment that was advertised, but instead they showed me a model with “upgraded appliances” and then told me my actual apartment would be completely different.
