So we called after hours maintenance and management tries telling us it’s only for emergencies but it clearly states call this number for emergency or after hour maintenance issues so we called and this maintenance guy was very rude and disrespectful and he refused to give us his name. We as renters are entitled to be treated with respect and have a right to know his name. So far I'm enjoying my stay, I just wish maintance would come to my apartment since I put in a work order on the 28th of May when I moved in it's starting to get me frustrated and I do not want to be unhappy where I live but either than that everything else is going well so far!
Do you hate quality of life? Do you like having your rent raised by $200/month after a few years? This is the place for you! Also featuring no keys for your doors. We have smart locks, meaning anyone with your 4 digit code can access your residence. Then we have inconsiderate neighbors who let their dogs bark 24/7. Not to mention the worst internet you've ever had, with outages EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! Who WOULDNT want to live here???? ME!!!! Won't be renewing next year!!!
Water keeps getting shut off, for multiple days at hours at a time. I had to relocate because my kids were trowing up and I needed to clean them and wash dishes, I emailed them about it and see if I could get money of rent (due in a few days) and they said they will have to wait and see. Dude rent is due in a few days and I should not have to pay the whole amount if it causes me to relocate.
