I wanted to disconnect from this location for a while before I left a review. I will start by saying I was evicted, this however is not the fault of the landlord, simply I feel behind in my financial abilities, it sucks but life is life. This is why I needed a disconnect because of everything I learned leading up too and after being evicted. Lets go inmorder from when I moved in. So. Mold. I have been here 9yrs. It has always been awful. It just gets worse.
The review I wish I had read before renting here: — $1500 for the smallest single bedroom apartment I’ve ever lived in. Think 500 sq ft. — no dish washer — the building is not locked to the public. — communal laundry room: there are 3 machines for the entire building. You pay 5 dollars for one load and because their 20-year-old machines don’t dry anything, you end up needing multiple rounds. —You blow a fuse every time you blow dry your hair. — shower never drains and “maintenance” did not exist. — no ceiling fan and the lig... read more
Apartments are clean. A little pricey for the size and limited Storage. Haven't moved all the way in yet. Will update in a month or so.
I loved it here. No complaints but unfortunately if you have life problems don't move here. I lost my job so for a few months I was late but never missed a payment. They refused to renew my lease and gave me 4mths to find another place. It's a lovely place to stay but again if life happens they are quick to remove you.
