No one here understands the logic that it is possible to share the same name and birthday with another. Although the real patients address is given and provided on the bill, instead they choose another said persons same name and birthday to send the bill. ??? They are investigating...but it begs to understand where the LOGIC comes in.

Business response:

Kimberly, We are sorry to hear of the difficulty with your bill. Our Director of Patient Accounts would like to look into this matter further. Please call her directly at (419) 354-8903, so she can address your concerns. Thank you.

They currently employ a racist nurse Named Brittney Baney. Feel free to message me for screenshots. Please do not go to this hospital if you need competent, inclusive care.

Thank You to the emergency department and the second floor and the surgery department and everyone else who took care on helping my 7 year old daughter you made her so comfortable and she was very brave thanks to you all. We are on the road to recovery and she loves her pink cast ❤️

Business response:

Thank you so much for your review and compliments, Heidi. We strive to make our patients and little patients feel welcome and comfortable and are always so pleased to hear when we have achieved just that! Wishing her a speedy recovery.

Thank you to ED, Ultrasound, OR/PACU, anesthesiologist and Dr Peron for your quick action when my son needed emergency surgery yesterday. And for being so nice especially during this stressful Covid action time. Everyone was great and all the changes because of Covid were well thought out and everything went smooth keeping staff and patient safe.

This is the worst hospital ever. Had issues while my father was there and called multiple times to talk to nursing supervisor and was told it was my fault he didn't have proper medications. Never actually spoke to them only ever got voice mail. Asked for a list of who all treated my father and wasn't given that. Doctor was in the wrong during his stay and said it was all my fault. I will continue to speak out until this gets resolved.

Place is a joke. I’d go into more detail but why waste my time. Since they didn’t want to “waste their time”

Because they refused to take court documents saying that my husband is responsible for my daughters medical bills. To whom it concerns, I rescind anything that I’ve signed to be a guarantor for my daughters medical bills at Wood County Hospital. If you send me any bills I will throw them away. Maybe you should have taken the papers and taking the address for the person responsible for her bills.
