Bought a car used from Randy at Wood Ford. I had one major concern, which he said would be addressed. It was even written into the contract that they would fix the issue. Three months later, I still can’t get them to be good to their word. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here to buy a car.
I purchased two vehicles and had a very positive experience. The staff were easy to communicate with and most of all, REASONABLE PEOPLE WHO WERE RESPECTFUL of me and my time. Treated me with kindness and communicated every step of the way. I recommend buying here. Specifically, Daulton was a wonderful sales rep and DeWayne a stellar sales manager. Solid finance managers as well.
Super shady experience. Horrible interest rate and wouldn’t even give you the info til the very end. Way better support at every other place I’ve ever purchased a vehicle.
These guys are amazing. Worked hard to get us a great deal. We love our Ford Ranger!
