I have to edit this 5 star review to a 1. The sales process was exceptional! The back end of it, titling and paying off my trade has been the biggest circus I’ve ever seen. I traded my Ram on July 6th, the new financial institution funded the new truck the next day, the 7th. Wood got a 20 day pay off (which is not common) and here we are 23 days later, late fees applied, late payment hit my credit and can’t get anyone to respond. Rommie Lee was excellent. He listened, wasn’t pushy, worked hard to make it happen and had knowledge of the vehicle he is selling. The man, the myth the GOAT is your perfect finance guy. Thoroughly explains every product and pricing, honest and upfront about everything. Lastly the guy behind the scenes the rarely gets credit, Dewayne. He worked his magic with multiple lenders and got an unexpectedly great rate with a great lender. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, this is your dream team!
I just bought a truck from them all the paper work was signed and we were out the door and then got a call saying that I had to pay 1200 more down cause the title was a salvage title and the financial company wouldn't honor our deal they didn't offer any help or support they just said to bad pay the money or return the truck no empathy on nothing I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
My key fob on my Ram 2500 was giving me issues. I had put 2 batteries in and it was no better. The service manager at Wood took it and tinkered with the connections and got it working like new. I offered to pay for his time and he wouldn’t take anything. I am very impressed and I will be recommending them.
The absolute worst place to go. We were told that they could work me in and have the part the next day. Failed to properly diagnose the vehicle which cost my daughter her job. They milked the insurance. A job that calls for 2 to 3 hours took 4 days to repair. Had the vehicle been properly looked at, they would have known it was a water pump.
