The sales rep that I spoke to there had a terrible attitude. I was interested in purchasing a used chevy trax, and his obvious cocky tone of voice told me immediately that he wasn't interested in helping or dealing with me. I strongly advise against using the service department at Wood Chevrolet in Plumville. In December of 2023, I contacted them regarding my car. They actually came and picked it up as it was undrivable and I appreciated that. Josh seemed friendly when we spoke and it was quickly determined to be a blown head gasket. I was quoted approximately $1200 for repairs which I agreed to. I was unsatisfied with the lack of communication on how long the car would be in the shop as well as the progress. Came for a repair to car. I was in and out in less than a half hour and they charged less than the estimate I got before making the appointment. Their estimate was half of the next nearest Chevy dealer for the same fe3pair. That doesn't happen often anymore. Well worth the ride.

People here are disrespectful and one employee particularly bullies for fun still. I wouldn’t recommend because you don’t know if you will get him or not.
