Good Service / Designers – Renovating our kitchen was quite an experience. It was our first time doing such a big renovation so we were not fully sure of what was to come. My wife and I worked with one of the designers named Ted. Guy had alot of experience and pointed out a bunch of functionality issues with the design we got from the HD. One Word Beautiful – Shocked at how beautiful my kitchen turned out. Given how much I paid for them. I was surprised at the service and product. Great job to everyone including Ted, Carlos, and Mike. Highly recommended by Kim :)
HORRIBLE!!!! – I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! The designer I dealt with was very nice but she dressed inappropriately for a "professional" atmosphere. The original design of the kitchen was nice but once they ordered the parts, I was told that certain cabinets were "back ordered". EIGHT weeks later, we finally received our cabinets and to my surprise, they were DAMAGED. Not just a tiny scratch - dents and several scratches on the face of the cabinets.
