They do not use Show & go. We ended up standing in the rain for 30 minutes waiting to see a house because the realtor, Matt Woods, would not respond to assist in providing the code to the old school lock box. After seeing the home, we tried to put an offer in but the realtor, Matt Woods, didn’t ever respond.
Wood Brothers are the best realty I have ever experienced,, and I went to Real Estate School? They are very courteous, and willing to work with you!
I can't believe I'm saying this as a renter but these guys are awesome. We rented a house from them for a year and it was the best experience I've ever had with a real estate / property management company. They were always responsive and helpful whenever we had problems, and the staff were actual nice people who looked out for us as well as the owner.
