I sold a property and chose to use Woods Brothers Realty and couldn't have been happier. Gail, the agent I worked with, was a true professional and was there every step of the way during the sale of the property. Looking back, I would have never wanted to go through the process without Gail's help and the support of the Wood Brothers Realty agency. Selling and buying property is a huge moment and having an experienced team on your side makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend their services.

My experience as a first time home buyer was AMAZING! I had the opportunity to work with Realtor Octavia Richardson on finding the perfect home and developing an offer that would put me in the best position to make this purchase. Octavia did just that with while providing excellent customer service during the duration of my process from start to finish. Thanks for all you do to help people dreams come true! I would definitely recommend Wood Brother Realty to friends and family!

I rented through Wood Brothers Realty for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, their team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The property was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and even small maintenance requests were handled promptly without any hassle. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about their tenants and communicates so well. I’d absolutely rent from Wood Brothers Re... read more

They do not use Show & go. We ended up standing in the rain for 30 minutes waiting to see a house because the realtor, Matt Woods, would not respond to assist in providing the code to the old school lock box. After seeing the home, we tried to put an offer in but the realtor, Matt Woods, didn’t ever respond.
