They do not use Show & go. We ended up standing in the rain for 30 minutes waiting to see a house because the realtor, Matt Woods, would not respond to assist in providing the code to the old school lock box. After seeing the home, we tried to put an offer in but the realtor, Matt Woods, didn’t ever respond.
