I can't believe I'm saying this as a renter but these guys are awesome. We rented a house from them for a year and it was the best experience I've ever had with a real estate / property management company. They were always responsive and helpful whenever we had problems, and the staff were actual nice people who looked out for us as well as the owner. Horrible Brokerage, Their agent represent us as dual agent. Failed to disclose failing 80" retaining wall that was hidden in overgrown vegetation. When we after closing in the July found about it agent Joshua Modglin stoped responding on phone calls. After we made call to the broker about situation which we facing ($40k to fix this not disclosed issue) they literally told us that they will "invent something to sue us for 1 milion dollars.
