We have an issue with our water softener. We are being told it needs to be replaced. The company we hired in Arizona is no longer in business. I called WSI to ask them what we are supposed to do as the company that installed the unit is no longer here. I was assured the lifetime warranty that we were given is very valid and that we needed an affiliated plumber to do the warranty work. As a water treatment dealer I have been using Wood Brothers as my supplier for 30 years. The customer support and technical advice have made my business successful all these years. Many of their employees have been with them from my beginning and have always been quick to help and go the extra mile! I have high praise for the entire Wood Bros team!!

Horrible customer service. My last 3 orders have been a complete disaster. Excuse after excuse and zero follow through. It took 10 days for a paid order to get started and then to tell me they don't have the equipment. Numerous emails and calls to Larry A with no follow-up. It'd be a lot easier to my job if I didn't have to do theirs too. Absolutely unexeptable!

Absolutely unexeptable!
