Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives.
