Recently got a vehicle and financing is through Wood auto group They didn’t take my first payment for the vehicle and I’m being penalized and I need to now pay extra because they didn’t take the money. unbelievable that this is how they run a business Go anywhere else then wood auto group I would not recommend them to anybody I know

Absolute horror of a company. Communication is not even present. They could care less about anything once you sign on the dotted line. Have never been treated so badly in my life. DONT DEAL with them if you know what's best for yourself
