I want to share what I believe is truly an amazing renovation project that came in on time and on budget!! We live in Clearwater, about 1/2 way between Dunedin and Safety Harbor. We love our location! However, our home, built in 1989, really needed to be updated. We looked for a new home for over two years and finally realized we had the best location; we just needed to do a total renovation. I had three estimates for our master bathroom, from about 3 years earlier. All three estimates were in the same range and much higher ... read more
About 10 years ago we bought a refrigerator that didn't quite fit in our kitchen. With a new frig sitting in the middle of our kitchen, our neighbor recommended calling Wood & Stone and that was the start of a great relationship. After the refrigerator problem (which they fixed on a weekend by trimming a counter and cabinets), we have used them for everything from updating a bathroom to renovating a new home prior to our moving in. (This included a complete tear out of a bathroom, tile work throughout the house, installing a... read more
My home is located in the City of Seminole and I experienced flooding from Hurricane Helene. Wood & Stone Renovations, remodeled my primary bathroom several years ago and they were my first call the day after the hurricane. They were amazing from the FEMA budget restrictions, through mitigation to the full home renovation of my Seminole home, I would highly recommend them. Their work ethic is amazing, always answering my calls and texts, keeping me in the loop for each step in the process. Their sub-contractors are talented,... read more
We had Wood & Stone remodel our kitchen. Our old kitchen was outdated and didn’t flow like we wanted, and now it’s transformed into the center of our house. It’s where everyone ends up hanging out and talking when we have people over, and we get comments on it all the time, especially the granite on the counter top and backsplash. They handled the entire kitchen remodel for our home in Seminole. New floors, custom cabinets, granite countertops and backsplash, appliance recommendations and installation, sink, lighting, and pa... read more
I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. We were referred to Wood and Stone by our neighbors after Hurricane Helene and Milton destroyed our house. We were impressed with their Google review page, and everything started off just fine. We were sent a contract that looked fine as far as we knew. They told us it might be a while before they started since they had a couple folks ahead of us, and we were fine with that. To avoid violating Google TOS, I will refer to the project manager as "B" and the owner of the compa... read more
