The Wood Acres Day School is a private school that serves students from grades prekindergarten through five. Admissions are based on a combination of factors that include personal interviews with the students and his parents, academic record, admissions tests, recommendations from teachers, a classroom visit and other related information. Its curriculum includes reading and language arts, foreign languages, science, social studies and math. It also includes art, music, computers and physical education. The Tree House Club is an extended day program at Wood Acres. It offers supervised time for play, special activities, chess, computer lab and study time. It also includes drama, home economics
