From my first phone call to a follow up the day after treatment everyone was amazing. Dr. Huffer took the time to explain everything step by step and even made sure I was ok several times during the procedure. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs quick, friendly, efficient treatment. I know I’ll go back in the future if the need arises.
I visited Dr. Huffer and he was great, explained the procedure step by step, always asking if I was okay. His assistant was very helpful and attentive. Overall I give them 5 stars.They are located 4508 Holly Spring Parkway, Canton GA
Dr. Woo is very interested in his patients. He takes time to listen to you. Very gentle. My first root canal and it did not hurt at all. Thanks to Dr. Woo and his office staff.
Very helpful and considerate staff. Very thorough explanation. They were on time and efficient. Their facility was immacualte and clean. Great COVID precautions and procedures in place. Dr. Huffer was very thorough and explained everything step by step. My root canal went very well, minimal discomfort and minimal time taken out of my day. I would recommend them 100% to anybody.
Had an appointment yesterday for a much dreaded root canal. I got there. Staff very conscientious and caring about protecting the patients. Hailey took me to chair took X-rays and dr woo came in and showed me the abcess in the tooth and proceeded to numb me while explaining what he was doing. He is amazing. Went right to work and honestly I didn’t feel anything. I was there almost 2 hours but it went by fast. Got home rested. Took some Tylenol and again today. Feel much better. Sore but pain subsided. No one likes having a root canal, but Dr. Woo and staff are #1 in my book. He is a very funny and kind man, their office is SUPER COVID 19 ready, aware and strict. I was in agony when I went, and now whala in a day all better. I was not an easy case, and they still fit me in and were so professional. I did not get his "assistant's name" but she was the best! She even made (hand sewed) all the head covers they all wear as protective gear.
Spoke with Megan today and she bold face lied about insurance companies being closed and claims not being processed. She told me I would have to pay upfront. I called Delta dental myself and they assured me that they are NOT closed and they are processing and paying claims. I tried to call back and they would not answer my call. I used another phone and amazingly she answered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! When I asked to speak with someone else, she apparently is the only soul in the office. Probably another lie!
