Allows employees to stay even after they've threatened tenants. Maintenance is horribly subpar. Everything is a patch not a fix. Untrustworthy and shady employees.
Failure to maintain building and livable conditions, even with picture proof and patience , your needs will be put off. If your okay with living with roaches, move in.
I have lived here at Logan house which is managed by Wong properties close to 30 years and have seen many changes throughout this neighborhood. . The current managers, running my building, have been very good . We may not be the most modern, but we've got good clean facilities. No bugs. No outside neighborhood, bad elements coming into the building.. I have been living here for a little over 2 years. The ladies at the management office have always been very sweet and understanding. Maintenance requests have always been answered right away. I have had zero issues. The price is hundreds less than other nearby apartments. I live at the ambassador west located within blocks of three grocery stores and several other shops, bus stops and Cheeseman park.
Wong properties’s is a wonderful management company. I have lived in one their properties for 10 years. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Denver and surrounding areas. A++++ Quick maintenance response , main office located in Denver, phone or text communication response is super timely.
