I have been living here for a little over 2 years. The ladies at the management office have always been very sweet and understanding. Maintenance requests have always been answered right away. I have had zero issues. The price is hundreds less than other nearby apartments. I live at the ambassador west located within blocks of three grocery stores and several other shops, bus stops and Cheeseman park.

Wong properties’s is a wonderful management company. I have lived in one their properties for 10 years. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Denver and surrounding areas. A++++ Quick maintenance response , main office located in Denver, phone or text communication response is super timely.

I have lived here at Logan house close to 30 years and have seen many changes throughout this neighborhood. This building has had its ups and downs. The current managers, running my building, have been very good to me . We may not be the most modern, but we've got good clean facilities. No bugs. No outside neighborhood, bad elements coming into the building.. Maintenance has been prompt .I am grateful. Thank you, Logan house management team especially in this last year, you've been so proactive and helpful .

Ambassador West at 1075 N Washington St used to be a great place to live, but it has recently gone downhill, and Wong Properties refuses to address the issues. The building’s main door has become a hotspot for homeless individuals and drug users since it lacks a lock. Simply entering the building has turned into a health and safety hazard. On multiple occasions, I have encountered freshly exhaled drug smoke, people smoking cigarettes inside, human waste, people sleeping or passed out, and piles of trash—sometimes all at once... read more
