Dr. Lalani is amazing at what she does! She saved my tooth with an excellent endodontic treatment. She and her staff are professional and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Reception hangs up on you if you complain about the way their practice bills or has unnecessary extra expenses. Clearly a lot of the business is motivated by profit, perhaps due to their business structure or spending too much on overhead. But you shouldn’t suffer for their business needs. Be cautious.

I don’t why Ken Ho is so upset with his insurance coverage. For everyone’s info, there are two types of fees schedule in Ontario: one for general dentists and one for specialists. Dr Wong, being a specialist, has a higher fee schedule in accordance with the Ontario Dental Association. It is perfectly legal and in compliance. Notwithstanding, there is no rule in Ontario which stipulates that a dental procedure has to be entirely covered by a third party insurance like Ken Ho’s.
