Not very professional when it comes to scheduling. I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment. Just to find out my appointment was never booked. As I was standing there discussing my appointment, the other patients walked in. The patient Dr. Wong actually scheduled. Ridiculous! I guess now I have to drive an hour back home for nothing. Not cool, Dr. Wong.
Hands down the best dentist I've ever experienced in LA (I've been here for 9 years and up until now flew back to Texas for my cleanings as all my prior experiences with other dentist here were subpar). From the second I walked in I knew this practice was different. I was immediately greeted. Mu daughters and I have been going to Dr. Kenny for over 10 years. He really is the best. He’s playful and fun and you don’t even feel like you’re at the dentist. He spends extra time making sure my girls are comfortable before he does anything. We moved from West LA to Studio City and still drive over the hill because he really is the best dentist we’ve had in Los Angeles. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was incredibly sweet and thorough. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but to be honest, he made it quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this dental office.
