You can’t get through on the phone. I’ve been trying for 3 days. It doesn’t seem to matter what time you call. I’ve been going to this doctor for 25 years. I love Dr. Wong as a doctor and a person, but this clinic needs to get with the times and at least have an email so a person can get through that way if not on the phone. It’s very, very frustrating.
Dr. Jeanny Wong has been our family's primary physician for over twenty years. She has always been compassionate and understanding to our medical problems. The ladies at the front desk are very kind as well. Thank you Dr. Wong and your team.
Takes a month to have a phone appointment and still didn’t call me. If you want to waste your time, then this is the place to go. No heart into seeing her patients anymore.
