Had a call with a receptionist there and provided all my info. Then was called twice more for additional info afterwards. Then I go in for my appointment another day and they apparently had recorded my SSN # wrong. Then after a minute or so I was informed that my insurance wasn’t supported at this location. Bummer as I’ve heard good things about Dr. Wong but this receptionist staffer needs retraining or should be replaced. Fundamental lack of attention to detail and incompetent. everytime i go here i have a phenomenal experience. they’re all so kind and make going to the dentist easy to the point that i might be the rare few that look forward to it. thanks sm!
We're so blessed to have dentists (and their team) who are passionate about the work they do. Even after relocating I drive about an hour to see them because they go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.
Wow, I am blown away by Dr Wong and this office. He is currently helping my mother-in-law through a very complicated treatment plan and I cannot begin to express how kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and compassionate he is. He took so much of his valuable time to diagnose and explain things to us and her thoroughly, yet with such empathy. His gentle chair side manner and his friendly staff helped to put my MIL at ease as well.
