Dr. Wong, that is if you can call her doctor was horrible at best. She never took the time to properly diagnose my husband. He has very odd behavioral issues and she never bother to listen to him or me when telling her all the odd things he is doing including living on the street. This is very out of the ordinary for my husband. She had asked me to come to his visit so I could also help her with his diagnosis as my husband is not at all forthcoming with his issues and when we arrived she would only see him. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. They are extremely reliable. She always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need, follow up calls,ect .My son really liked her and so did I. She is a professional and kind doctor!

As a health care provider who deals primarily with children and adolescents I was surprised by her insensitivity or perhaps lack of recognition that family mental health issues can be a private matter which might not have been discussed with a 9 year old child. Her questioning in front of our child forced me to open up about issues including sucide that I did not feel was appropriate in front of such a young child with no prior knowledge of this matter.
