My family and I switched to Dr. Wong a few years ago and we have not regretted it once. The people behind the desk are always very welcoming and warm. They call to confirm your appointment and inform you of any changes. Dr. Wong herself is so patient. I never realized I needed glasses until I sat in her chair. She recognized I was struggling and told me I shouldn't be trying so hard to read the board. Even as I continued (out of habit) she was so patient. Highly recommend Queen Spectacle for all of your eye care needs for the whole family. The care and attention our family has received from Dr. Wong as well as Al, the owner of the clinic is exceptional. Sophie and the rest of the staff are also very professional and pleasant. The quality and frame selection is unbeatable. Queen Spectacle is by far the BEST eye care clinic in the GTA.
